I've Been Tild That I Have Shingles, I Don't Have

I've been tild that I have shingles, I don't have symptoms except for swelling over the brow! And a migraine!
I went hospital and was put on antibiotics, that's gone!
Now in the week smith lump on my forehead has come up(10) cents piece in size! It's causing pain!!
Please help!!
In my opinion it's a boil or cluster of pimples that are slowly killing me!
