I've Been Tinglingoff And On In Various Parts Of My

I've been tinglingoff and on in various parts of my body including my head for the last two years. Had MRIs and a spinal tap done and nothing was found but a small spot on the brain that they will monitor yrly. I have been very lethargic for quite some time, depressed and have had dry red eyes for a couple of months. The last two nights I have been very itchy and it started again late this afternoon. I also sometimes have a burning sensation below my right rib cage. My last bloodwork was two yrs ago this month and everything was normal except my bilirubin was 1.4, 3 mths later it dropped back within normal range 1.2. Are these symptoms related to liver disease? Yes, I know I need to have recent labs to see, but is it possible to have a liver disease and your liver functions tests come back normal? Yes, I do drink.
