I've Been To Hospital For The Last 5 Months And

I've been to hospital for the last 5 months and they can't find anything wrong. I have chest pressure pain in my stomach, face, head ,arms legs. They did a heart Cath and found nothing. They've done all kinds of tests. They said I have anxiety and narrowing of the spine. They also told me I have a little inflammation in my stomach but I can't get rid of the chest pressure. And when I eat it makes it worse. I just don't know what to do anymore I can't function like this. Could someone please help me.
