I've Been To The Family Clinic Multiply Times For Hair

I've been to the family clinic multiply times for hair loss, swollen lymp node (left side) several times over the past 3-4 months. they've checked my thyroid (neg), mono (neg), strep (neg). They only told me it may be due to allergies and take Zertech (? allergy medicine) to use throat spray and gargle with warm salt water. I'm not getting any better. What can I do, I'm miserable and the perception is they don't understand me???
