I've Been Told I Have Archilles Tendonitis And It's No

I've been told I have archilles tendonitis and it's no better after 3 months.doc prescribed narproxen, got the heal pads aswell as changed my footwear. I work 48 hour weeks in a busy shop with large deliveries of heavy products and constantly rushing about to meet the needs of the customers.I worked with the pain for 8 weeks and then went to the doctors and been off for all most 4 weeks now but still in a lot of pain. Ankle feels weak and goes stiff makes a clicking sound all the time feels like somebody is pulling strings out the back of my foot. On a night feels numb like a slight tingle and sometimes limp when I walk due to the stiffness. Am I best staying off work or do I just struggle on and by doing so will I be doing myself more damage? Really don't no what to do for the best. I'm only 28 and female
