I've Been Told I Smell Like Poop Before This Started

I've been told I smell like poop before this started happening like 2 mouths ago, I started taking biotin supplement i bought from amazon. Everywhere I go people I say I smell real bad. I think the problem is coming from inside my body and I noticed whenever I eat junk food my anus gets oily and when i touch it it i can feel the feces around the area. I think my feces is coming through my pores. I need help
