Ive Been Told Ive Got Haemorrholds & Rectal Ulcer. Had

Ive been told ive got haemorrholds & rectal ulcer. Had biopsies of this showed regenerative changes in keeping with proximityto the ulcer and no melignancy. Please can u tell me if anything can be done. As they have not followed up with any treatment.
