I've Been Told That I Have A "conduction Abnormality" &

I've been told that I have a "conduction abnormality" & have recently developed unexpected intermittent bradycardia with alternating hypertension/hypotension. I have had abnormal sinus rhythm & recent ECG showed possible left atrium abnormality & was "borderline".

I just woke up several times (it's 2:14 a.m. here) after sudden FREQUENT tossing & turning. When I checked my blood pressure, it was 89/47 & my pulse was 49. Other times that I've awakened tonight, my pulse has been as low as 40.

Is this something I should go to the ER to have checked out?

I've had throbbing & pulsing/tingling in both feet/legs which is what I think actually stirred me from sleep.
