I've Been Unable To Hold Down Food And Liquids. I

I've been unable to hold down food and liquids. I will throw up to the point of the dry heaves. I will then sit and uliminate my bowels. My feces looks normal other than appearing very thin but is normal in color and texture. I experienced this for 7 days, then for 2 days I was able to eat and drink small amount, after that I've gone back to the vomitting following a bowel movement for the following 2 days. I have also been experiencing headaches and neck and back pain. I've had a triple fusion in my cervical spine an16 her emergency lumbar lamectomy and looking at future spinal surgeries. I m unable to take in any medications
