I've Been Under A Lot Of Stress For 2 Years.

I've been under a lot of stress for 2 years. In Dec. I was in the ER for diverticulitis and an intestinal infection. A couple of days after I got home I started having upper abdominal pain in the middle of the night and the morning. When I wake up there's a building pain in my upper abdomen that lasts about 15 seconds. Then what feels like warm liquid (like the way adrenaline spreads) that spreads to my shoulder and hip joints. After about 6 weeks my knee joints started hurting. I started taking magnesium which helps the joint pain, but not the episodes. I went to a doctor who said it's anxiety and not adrenal related because I don't show any skin yellowing. Although I do have sagging skin and my hair's falling out. Any thoughts?
