I've Been Using Vagifem 1x Week For A Few Years

I've been using Vagifem 1x week for a few years with much success, but the price has doubled and I need to find a substitute, preferably a natural one, to help with atrophy/dryness. I am 71, married and still sexually active about twice a month. Can you recommend something that would help but is less expensive?
