I've Been Using Cocaine Cut With Meth And My Scrotum

I've been using cocaine cut with meth and my scrotum is swollen and my spermatic cords are enlarged and painful. I had a vit c shot before but I don't want to go to the hospital to get it. Can I use the vit c sachets I get from the needle exchange? It's 100mg and I'm wondering how I can inject it myself?
