Ive Been Using Diane 35 For Like 3-4 Years Cause

Ive been using diane 35 for like 3-4 years cause of my acne and it has worked perfectly .Keeps my skin perfect and keeps me skinny. But now I'm getting married in 2months so my doc recommended me to go off of Diane as its a contraceptive pill and to use use Famicol evening primrose oil 500mg so I don't have problems conceiving as I wasn't sexually active during my diane use I just needed it for my acne. What I wana know is that will I get my acne back again if I stop Diane?? Because whenever I have stopped I have gotten my acne or weight gain but since ill be married I don't wana use any pill or birth control. What do you guys suggest is famicol good and is it a good idea to stop Diane and start this? I wana have kids but maybe after a year or so.
