I've been using fentynal patches for 9 years. I've been on 100mcg every 48 hrs for last three years. In December 2016 he reduced my patches to 75 mcg every 72 hrs. Last year the doctor office swapped over to using laptops when seeing patients. I think a lot of my critical info did not get scanned into system from charts. I need a knee replacment, have severe degenerated disc L5 with anterior spurring, and teflon plate supporting my right eye. (headaches) (oribital blowout). I'm scared to death, don't know what the future holds but do know what is like to detox off of fentynal. Please advise. Kerry
