I've Been Using My Laptop Today And My Wrists Started

I've been using my laptop today and my wrists started aching. So i put it down for a bit and noticed that my wrists where they were throbing showed bruises. This is weird as it's never happened before. But I do get arthritis in my joints and I have fibromyalgia and M.e, is this just another symptom?
