Ive Been Using The Same Birth Control Such As Tilia

Ive been using the same birth control such as tilia fe since I was 15 but a year ago I switched to Microgestin since it is cheaper. I am 28 years old and Ive never been pregnant and just started getting my period a year ago. My fiance has a 14 year old girl but a few years ago had hydrocele but no other issues and doesnt have symptoms of that. Ive been off of microgestin for about 2 months now and have been taking folic acid. He is 34 and we are ready to have a baby. I had a period last month on the 15th but this past month ive been having symptoms and I really do not know what to expect or if there is health factors that we may need to seek help or I should just take a pregnancy test and hopefully its positive.
