I've Been Using Warticon Cream For The Past Month Or

I've been using warticon cream for the past month or so. However I haven't been using it twice a day for 3 days as I keep forgetting. I used it once yesterday but also forgot to take my pill yesterday. I stupidly had sex last night and this morning and both times my partner came in me. Do I stop using the cream incase I become pregnant or would it already affect the baby if I became pregnant?
