I’ve Been Waking Up In The Middle Of The Night

I’ve been waking up in the middle of the night very sick, I will sit straight up and cover my mouth and try not to vomit. I haven’t yet but it’s happening every night. The only thing I can think of it to be related to is my wife and I did do it insemination on the 16th but I feel like it’s too early for signs. This has never happened before
