I've been weightlifting followed by a bit of running for about 2-3 hours a day in total, and eating right but not seeing any weight loss, is there something I'm doing wrong? For breakfast I have a fried a egg, lunch I have rice chicken and eggs, and for dinner I usually don't eat much but it's usually whatever my parents make at home
