Ive Been With My Boyfriend For 11 Months Now And

Ive been with my boyfriend for 11 months now and we have had unprotected sex throught the whole time, I got tested fir chlamydia and got a positive result and got treated for it but my boyfriend did not..... and i never had any sympotoms for the first 6 months does this mean my boyfriend cheated on me or does this mean he has chalymdia the whole time but it was just dormant and still is??
