I've Beencalled Pre Debetic..buut Lately My Sugar Is Bottoming Out

I've beencalled pre debetic..buut lately my sugar is bottoming out of controlled and I eat somep rotien it will shot back up to 162 then a 1/2 hr later its on the way down agina at 121. What's with that? It makes me so tried. How should I balance it out?
