I've Developed An Intermittent Radiating "pain" More Like A Surging

I've developed an intermittent radiating "pain" more like a surging sensation on my upper right chest under my collar bone and radiating up over my shoulder but not in the shoulder joint. This happens sitting or standing, not laying down and not while exercising/stretching/lite hand weights/ golfing. In between episodes no pain or sensitive spots anywhere . i can't create this symptom but for three weeks now it reoccurs several times a day. I'm 67 male former pro athlete 6'11" good shape puzzled thanks
