I've Developed Some Kind Of Rash. It Started On Tuesday.

I've developed some kind of rash. It started on Tuesday. My underarms were itching, I felt a rash, then around my bra line...breast and stomach , then upper arms, legs now it's on my neck and head. It seems that whatever part of my body that is covered up has a rash. I shower daily and haven't used any new laundry detergent, shampoo or soap.

I did go to a salad bar on Monday at Farm Fresh Supermarket, would a food allergy last this long? I've had this for 3 days, so I'm about to go crazy from itching! Thank you for any encouragement you can give me.
