I've Developed Sudden Pain, Cramping And Pain Across My Lower

I've developed sudden pain, cramping and pain across my lower back. Muscles seem to spasm... even down into mu buttox. Now, I've had a hystorectomy in 2005, ovaries still intact. (A colonoscopy, with 3 small palops removed showed signs of pre-cancer probability.) I'm also feeling pressure. Also, I've been having some trouble in the vaginal area with mild sore and a little discharge. Ideas?
