I've experienced rapid heart rate then a warm feeling that goes stright to my bladder I have to use the bathroom right away. Tingling starts above my upper lip and in hands, if it gets really bad the tingling goes to my feet. I'm also very cold. I've had cancer and had my thyroid and one parathyroid removed undergone two surgeries and radiation.. In 2010 2011 after these episodes I'm very tired and weak. I've discussed this with my doctor and they have ran all kinds of test everything came out fine? These episodes only occure in the middle of the night when I wake up to use the restroom. Any suggestion on what this is and why? Thank you for your time
