I've Experienced Reddish Watery Blood On January 8th After Using

I've experienced reddish watery blood on January 8th after using restroom... then after that every time I use the restroom and I wipe there's brown stuff on the paper. I'm not having pains or anything. This brown stuff has been coming out my vagina when I wipe every since the 8th or 9th of this month. Also, I've notices. I've been urinating a little more often now
