I've Experienced Vomiting And Some Diarrhea And Am Currently Unable

I've experienced vomiting and some diarrhea and am currently unable to keep anything down. I have a very acid stomach and esophagus also chills and fever. Should I just rest and tough it out or is there any over the counter the treatment that I should try? I am a female, 69 years old and in relatively good health
