I've Got PCOS. Also I've Never Had A Regular Period.

I've got PCOS. Also I've never had a regular period. This being said most recent period is going on three weeks, but I think the relatively constant friction from tampon have caused a boil. it is in a sensitive area, and between a pea and a Lima bean in size. Is toothpaste okay to apply? How do I proceed with treating?!
