I've got Partial thickness of my supraspinatus and also pins and needles/ numbness in my thumb , X-ray notes degenerative changes at c5/c6 level with anterior marginal osteophyte , nerve test are normal but notes the presence of numbness with normal nerve function implies left c6 dermatomal sensory dysfunction correlation with c- spine recommends a MRI ... What would your diagnosis and or recommendations be thanks
