I've Got A Friend Who Is Staying With After A

I've got a friend who is staying with after a long series of health challenges. Some years ago, she had cervical cancer. Our problem is that she has severe urinary incontinence. She's using Depends and nighttime bed pads, and we run laundry 4 times a week, but continues to stain her clothes and seems unaware of the smell. She also has some fecal incontinence. What kind of doctor should address this?
