I've Got A Friend Who Took Allegra & Excedrin Together

I've got a friend who took Allegra & Excedrin together today and now she feels really weak and limp. For the past few days, she also hasn't been able to eat (much) and she's really shaky and says her nerves feel really jumpy. Her mother assumes allergies because she sneezes and sometimes there's blood. I keep telling her to go to the hospital but her mom is being stubborn. Can the weakness and limpness be a symptom of the two medications together? Also, should she go to the hospital?
