I've Got A Red Rash On My Upper Leg. It's

I've got a red rash on my upper leg. It's bumpy to the touch and itches severely. If I scratch it ( which I know I shouldn't ) it will bleed but than the itch and pain goes away. My skin condition has spread to both legs, up and down, my chest, both arms, and possibly my back.
