I've Got A Shoulder Impingement,had A Steroid Injection In The

I've got a shoulder impingement,had a steroid injection in the shoulder that was on the 7aug , I then had to go to AE due to having all sorts of pains in my body I was told I had a viral infection ,was not given nothing that was on the 10aug doctor told me to drink and rest now am getting pains still in my shoulder,and twinges of pains on and off near breast bone left side, I've got a gp appointment on 14 sep and back at the imatt clinic 17 , what are these pains in breast bone ???
