I've Got Red Dots All Over My Hands And Feet

I've got red dots all over my hands and feet and it's spread to my arms and ankles and they hurt like crazy. I can't pick anything up without them hurting. My mom and I think it's hand foot and mouth although I don't have anything nh wrong with my mouth and I don't have a fever and the spots don't itch.
