I've Got Red Tonsils And It Hurts When I Swallow

I've got red tonsils and it hurts when I swallow or cough, I have swollen tonsils on one side and dots all over the back of my throat. Some being white and resemble blisters and some being pink/red. Extremely painful and I also have a temperature and headaches.
