I've Got This Abscess On My Left Boob For A

I've got this abscess on my left boob for a while and at first I was cleaning it out and all It was doing was leaking out pus and it was swollen but now it's going down but now it's not leaking as much but now there's just a big hole there on my boob and its very itchy. What should I do
