I've Got This Tellow 'ish Patch On My Left Chest,

I've got this tellow 'ish patch on my left chest, not that far from my shoulder. It doesn't hurt when I touch it. It is about 2x5 cm. I'm not shure what this can be. Never heard about something like this. Dou you know what this might be? Please reply if you know. Thank you.
