I've Got This Weird Thing Going On With My Elbow,

I've got this weird thing going on with my elbow, my left one (if u r facing me) it's right in front of my elbow bone. Sometimes when I'm picking up stuff I get this feeling of something ripping & burning? Or if I turn my arm like someone is giving me 5down low that really hurts. I guess I'll start with that.
