I've Got Vascularanical Ribs And I Am Having Major Neurological

I've got vascularanical ribs and I am having major neurological symptoms. Syncope,falls,feeling like everything is delayed or not nconnected to my brain. New onset of fecal incontinence since the weekend. I have sjogrens,degenerative disc andjoint dx. 3 fusions C 5/6. OA generalized. Moving neck in certain ways cause SOB and air hunger. Poor memory and frequent disorientation. Involuntary muscle spasms and jerking. Painful. Lots of other symptoms. What is going on with me? To see cardio ,vascular and neurologist
