I've Gotten Migraines Since I Was About 12. And I've

I've gotten migraines since I was about 12. And I've had a few instances of vertigo over the last couple years. Typically the most frequent migraines I get is 1 - 2 a month. In the past 3 weeks, I have had 4 and during this time I've had a significant amount of vertigo or motion sickness. I started to get a migraine today but in addition to my typical symptoms, I'm my scalp feels almost like when your leg falls asleep and starts to wake up. It's not numb exactly but kind of tingly. I'm wondering if this is a typical migraine symptom I've just not noticed or experienced before or if it warrants a trip to the dr.
