Ive Had 2 Ablations. I Haven't Felt Right Since The

Ive had 2 ablations. I haven't felt right since the second. I often have shortness of breath after eating. Also experience light headedness and shortness of breath if I stoop down and come back up. I'm on several meds. Which seem to keep my About 110/76 and heart rate in the 60-70"s however, unexpectedly my My heart rate will drop in the 50' s. And I feel exhausted. Could there be something causing these symptoms?
