I’ve Had 2 Bypass Surgeries 1 20yrs Ago 2nd 3

I’ve had 2 bypass surgeries 1 20yrs ago 2nd 3 yrs ago but I have one artery that couldn’t be un blocked or bypassed. Had an angiogram today Dr said that it is just hanging there what does that mean.
I had the angiogram today because I have been having pain. Dr says the grafts look good & he thinks the pain is coming from the artery the can’t fix. Dr Coley did my first bypass & even he couldn’t fix it.
Will this eventually cause me to have a heart and die?
