I've Had 2 Neck Surgeries For Bulging Discs, Last One

I've had 2 neck surgeries for bulging discs, last one was 4 yrs ago and I've had pain ever since . But recently I've started having other symptoms and I'm not sure if they r related or not . Pain is increasingly worse and originating more from the bones as opposed to muscle /nerve pain . Pins and needles , numbness from neck to fingers , unable to sleep at night due to hip and leg pain , extreme exhaustion that doesn't improve with rest., stiff muscles and muscle spasms in neck. I am pretty much house bound right now . Could this b a totally unrelated condition, a differnt bulging disc, failed hardware in previous surgeries ? and what type of specialist should I see?
