I've Had 3 Colds In A Row This Winter That

I've had 3 colds in a row this winter that start with head colds and move to coughing. I saw my doctor for the second one and he put me on an antibiotic although he wasn't sure if this was a virus or bacterial. Now (two weeks better) I've gotten another one. Should I be concerned?
