I’ve Had 4 Brain Surgeries 3 Shunt Surgeries 2 Of

I’ve had 4 brain surgeries 3 shunt surgeries 2 of which were the initial placement one revision and the 4th surgery a full Chiari decompression the decompression was 8/23/17 the revision 12/21/16 and the 2 placements 5/1/14& 7/30/14 an occipital shunt and a frontal. I started having nose bleeds today. I am in remission for the IH but Chiari not quite yet. I am concerned with the nose bleeds. My eyelid has been twitching recently. Should I get another mri ?
