I've Had 5 Levels Of Cervical Disks Replaced With Cadaviver

I've had 5 levels of cervical disks replaced with cadaviver bone, there's some kind of cage in place as well, I've been under the care of a pain management doctor since .
Now the fun part, workers comp has decided I don't need medication or the doctor anymore, even tho the doc feels I need more tests showing scar tissue in the epidural space as well as numerous other tests. I'm being swept off their porch even tho I have a lifetime medical care and doctor agreement signed by comp and my attourney ... I live in Texas and I'm told I cannot win this battle. Any suggestions?
