I've Had Breast Implants For 23 Years. And Would Like

I've had Breast Implants for 23 years. And would like to know if there has been any reports as to them possibly causing damage to the rib cage over time. Symptoms that feel like a heart attack but also symptomatic of Precordial Catch Syndrome....? Some times if I lay down I can push the implant up so that I can feel under it and find a spot under between the ribs and push and can feel my heart beat through it. So is there any possibility that The implants are causing underlying damage or catching a nerve? It has happened in the past over years causing severe pain to breath in or out and would pop if I exhaled painfully with long deep force however this has not let up for several days.....
