I've Had E.D. For About 5 Or 6 Years Now

I've had E.D. For about 5 or 6 years now but about a year ago I've felt a mass on the left side of my penis. I can get an erection but not hard enough for penetrative sex. The erection is painful and very uncomfortable. Do you think my e.d. Might be from that mass in my penis. Could it be a blood clot.
