I've Had A Vasectomy Jodie Reversal Done In December And

I've had a Vasectomy Jodie Reversal done in December and with no luck yet, my wife and I continue to try and conceive and nothing. After the Reversal, I purchased fertile aid and motility boost but still nothing. Is there any other type of medication prescribed or over the counter other than those that would help out, thanks.
