I've Had A Bad Head Cold The Past Three Days.

I've had a bad head cold the past three days. Since yesterday, when I blow my nose, my left eye twitches and seems to have tears/water coming from it. After I finish blowing, the corner of my eye feels weird. Is this just an overflow from the sinuses? Thanks!
